Custodianship

5.1 The Guild will always consider becoming the custodian of historic buildings if there is a benefit to the Guild and the Guild can benefit the building.

5.2 The Guild pays a peppercorn rent, takes responsibility for care and uses the building to benefit the Guild.

 

5.3 The Guild agrees to carry out conservation work at a reduced rate for an agreed time and in return is granted full use of the building.

 

5.4 The Guild agrees to carry out conservation work at a reduced rate for an agreed time and in return is granted partial use of the building.
